Revocation Policy

Right of Revocation

You have the right to revoke the contract with us within fourteen days without giving reasons.

In order to make use of your right of revocation, you must inform us (Hello Heidi Fabrics GmbH, Allmendstrasse 30, 8320 Fehraltorf ZH, Switzerland) of your decision to revoke this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. by email or by letter sent by post). It is sufficient if you send us this notification before the expiry of the revocation period.

The revocation period begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier has taken possession of the goods.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of cancellation

The right of revocation applies to contracts for the delivery of goods which have not already been prefabricated. As soon as you have made an individual selection or the goods have been “tailored” to your needs, the right to return expires. In concrete terms, this means that all fabrics and other yard goods (such as cords) offered in the online shop of Hello Heidi Fabrics GmbH are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Consequences of revocation

In the event of revocation, you agree to return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days of the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract at the latest.

You shall carry the direct costs of returning the goods. We assume that you will return undamaged items in their original packaging to us. You shall only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if such loss in value is due to improper handling of the goods in order to inspect their condition, properties and functionality.

After we have returned our goods, we will reimburse you immediately for the payments made (excluding shipping charges). For this refund we use the same method of payment that you used for the original transaction. There will be no charges for you. We may refuse a refund until we receive the goods back if they are no longer in proper condition, or until you provide proof that you have handed the goods over to a shipping company.
