The Bernice reversible one piece by Puerto Rican label Sirena Patterns is designed to be worn from both sides. The straps run diagonally across the back and are tied there.

Machine recommendation: Bernice can be sewn completely with a normal sewing machine, but the result will be nicer with an overlock.
